From the dining area, French doors open onto a back patio set amongst amazing marble boulders and a built-in Bar-B-Q. A large dining area with pergola, built-in sofa, table and chairs is accessed through the kitchen/dining area. On the side, there is a large built-in platform that can be used for sunning or for watching the stars on clear nights.

The living room has a comfortable L-shaped sofa and two arm chairs. It also has a fireplace.

There is a huge glass window & door that allow the outside view to filter indoors. The door opens on to a covered veranda with a comfortable seating area.

There is ample outdoor space and MANY sitting areas.

Off the veranda there are steps leading down to the pool area. The pool area includes:

• A swimming pool (10m x 4m), an outdoor spa/Whirlpool that seats 4, and a large sunning area.
• A covered veranda with built-in sofas & a large dining table. It has WiFi access. This area is ideal for cooling off, reading, writing, or just chilling in the shade.
• Opposite and to one side of the pool, there is a small covered area with a large refrigerator, and a cabinet with pool ware for easy service to the pool area.
